The Thrushmoors is a large freshwater marsh fed primarily by the Beaver Run River along with run-off from the surrounding hills. It covers roughly 400 square miles and is filled with deciduous trees and acres of cattails, as well as a dense collection of stinging insects, venomous snakes and toads among other dangers. At least one reptilian tribe makes their home here, creating the second-most inhospitable piece of land in Landon, next to the Mere.
